A strong, vibrant, and united Ethiopian community that is socially and economically empowered and provides a lasting foundation for generations of Ethiopian Americans to be successful and active members of their community, integrated into the larger community while keeping their Ethiopian social and cultural heritages.

• To educate -increase community awareness in all matters that affect the community
• To engage community members in identifying community needs and developing programs and projects designed to meet aspirations of community members for advancement
• To empower community members by providing resources and tools necessary to build a strong community that provides foundation for successive generations to come
• To enrich the community culturally and socially and become a vibrant and active members of the larger community we lives in.
